NOISE Flicks opens on a Friday with film screenings by young filmmakers and a NOISE Flicks Awards Ceremony presented by professionals in the industry. Awards are given in a number of categories. The festival continues into the weekend with talks and workshops in a variety of filmmaking techniques with film professionals.
NOISE Flicks is initiative of South Dublin County Council’s Arts Office with the support of RUA RED, IT Tallaght, RTÉ, and the Arts Council.

The annual NOISEflicks Film Festival is taking place in the IMC Cinema, Tallaght on Friday 27th October. The screening showcases the best films made by young filmmakers aged 14-18 from Leinster.
