Animakers Summer Animation Workshop

Animakers is a group of young animators from South Dublin based in RUA RED. For one week For one week from Mon 28th July - Fri 1st August, Animakers lead artist, Vanessa Daws, invites young artists to join her in the Project Space to discover how to bring drawings & photos to life. Participants will be given an introduction to stop-motion animation, storyboarding, creating characters, working with sound, editing & collaborating on ideas using drawing & photography. This workshop costs just €80 for the week, including lunches, and is for young people aged 13 - 18. You don’t need to be able to draw to join in; all you need is your imagination.
