Calling all young filmmakers!

The Noise Flicks Film Festival 2019 has opened for submissions. DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: 5pm Tuesday 1st October 2019.

So what do you need to know?

NOISE Flicks is a film festival for young people aged 14-18. Anyone who’s made a film in that age group can enter. We take pride in showcasing the wide variety of talent amongst young Irish filmmakers… the comedians, the romantics, the ninjas, the adventurers! Whatever the genre we’d love to see it.

Screenings take place this year Friday 25th October at 8pm in IMC Tallaght, located in The Square Shopping Centre. All are welcome to attend!

Terms

Entries will be accepted from any young person aged 14-18 living in Ireland. Group entries also accepted. Maximum duration of a film is 15 minutes. The film has been made since October 2018 and you have not submitted the same film to the festival before.

So how do I enter?

Simple: make a short film, or if you have one made already, even better! You can upload it online using wetransfer, dropbox or similar and send us a link to the email address philipnoiseflicks@gmail.com by 5pm Tuesday 1st October.

Also fill in the attached application form (bottom of this article) to let us know more about you and your film. There are a few questions, but nothing too serious.

What happens next?

Our panel of industry professional judges will assess each of the films and let you know if your film has been selected for the screening by October 6th.

What happens if my film is screened?

All the films selected will be screened in the IMC and have a chance to win trophies and cash prizes.
